Obligă pârâtul să recalculeze ?i să plătească pe seama reclamanţilor, drepturile salariale rezultate ca urmare a reîncadrării acestora din punct de vedere salarial conform Anexei VII – art. 1 din Legea-cadru Nr. 153 din 28 iunie 2017, începând cu data de 22.09.2022, moment la care salariile au fost stabilite ?i achitate în conformitate cu prevederile Anexei VIII din lege, ?i până la data la care aceste drepturi au fost stabilite prin Decizia nr. 205/16.12.2022, sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie, calculate până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâtul să recalculeze drepturile salariale ale reclamanţilor, conform prevederilor din Anexa nr. VII – art. 1 din Legea-cadru Nr. 153 din 28 iunie 2017, privind salarizarea personalului plătit din fonduri publice, începând cu data la care aceste drepturi au fost stabilite prin Decizia nr. 205/16.12.2022, în limitele prevăzute de Anexa VII – art. 2 din lege.
Obligă pârâtul să plătească pe seama reclamanţilor, diferenţele salariale rezultate ca urmare a reîncadrării acestora din punct de vedere salarial conform Anexei VII – art. 1 din Legea-cadru Nr. 153 din 28 iunie 2017, începând cu data la care aceste drepturi au fost stabilite prin Decizia nr. 205/16.12.2022, în limitele prevăzute de Anexa VII – art. 2 din lege, sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie, calculate până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâtul să plătească pe seama reclamanţilor dobânda legală penalizatoare, calculată de la data exigibilităţii fiecărei obligaţii lunare de plată şi până la data plăţii efective.
Fără cheltuieli de judecată.
Executorie.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Apelul se depune la Tribunalul Harghita.
Pronunţată în data de 04.12.2025, în condiţiile prevederilor art. 396, alin. 2 din Cod proc. civilă, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
