Soluția pe scurt: Pune în vedere apărătorului intimatei Casa de Pensii Sectorială a Ministerului Apărării Naţionale să depună în scris o precizare în care să arate dacă există vreun apelant - reclamant care să fi ales o perioadă anterioară datei aprilie 2015 şi totuşi să fi beneficiat de măririle stabilite prin hotărârea judecătorească anterioară . Pune în vedere apărătorului apelanţilor să arate dacă invocă excepţia de neconstituţionalitate până la următorul termen de judecată, iar dacă o invocă să o depună la dosar, în scris, să o comunice apărătorului intimatei cu cel puţin două săptămâni înainte de termenul de judecată acordat şi să depună la dosar dovada comunicării. Amână judecarea cauzei şi acordă termen de judecată la data de 07.09.2022, pentru când părţile au termen în cunoştinţă.
