Soluția pe scurt: Admite în parte cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale formulate de petentul HANEŞ GHEORGHE . Dispune îndreptarea erorilor materiale strecurate în considerentele şi dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 2009 /21.12.2021 a Tribunalului Bucureşti Secţia a V-a Civilă , în sensul că: -numita Rita D. Mariana est succesoarea defunctului Manofu G B Marin şi nu Manofu G B Matin , cum greşit a fost trecut . -Succesoarea defunctei Nanora St Gheorghe este Ceranu Georgiana-Beatris şi nu Batris , cum greşit a fost trecut ; -Nanora N. Gheorghe şi nu Nanora D Gheorghe cum greşit s-a trecut ; -Popescu G. Gheorghe şi nu Popescu C. Gheorghe cum greşit s-a trecut ; -Tudorică I. Petre şi nu Tudorică I Patre cum greşit s-a trecut . Respinge capătul de cerere referitor la îndreptarea erorii materiale cu privire la lipsa calităţii de reclamanţi a persoanelor fizice. Cu apel în 30 de zile de la comunicare . Apelul se depune la Tribunalul Bucureşti . Pronunţată astăzi, 07.06.2023, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
