Soluția pe scurt: Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâtul să stabilească salariul de bază şi sporurile reclamanţilor în conformitate cu Anexa nr. VII a Legii-cadru nr. 153/2017 privind salarizarea personalului plătit din fonduri publice începând cu data de 30.05.2022 şi să le plătească acestora diferenţele dintre drepturile salariale (inclusiv sporurile) cuvenite în conformitate cu Anexa nr. VII a Legii-cadru nr. 153/2017 şi cele efectiv încasate, începând cu data de 30.05.2019, în raport de situaţia particulară a fiecăruia (în funcţie de data începerii/încetării raporturilor de muncă), sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective şi la dobânda legală penalizatoare aferentă drepturilor salariale stabilite conform prezentei hotărâri de la data scadenţei fiecărui drept salarial până la data plăţii efective.
Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, care se va depune la Tribunalul Bucureşti - Secţia a VIII-a Conflicte de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale.
Pronunţată azi, 08.07.2022, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei.
