Obligă pe pârâtul PREŞEDINTELE AUTORITĂŢII NAŢIONALE SANITARE VETERINARE să emită ordinul pentru actualizarea cuantumului tarifelor unice aferente acţiunilor sanitar veterinare, prevăzute la art. 15 din OG nr. 42/2004 pentru anii 2022, 2023 şi 2024 cu rata anuală medie a inflaţiei, comunicată de Institutul Naţional de Statistică şi cu procentul de indexare a salariului minim pe economie la data majorării acestuia. Obligă pe pârâta DIRECŢIA SANITARĂ VETERINARĂ ŞI PENTRU SIGURANŢA ALIMENTELOR BISTRIŢA-NĂSĂUD la plata în favoarea fiecărui reclamant în parte, a diferenţei dintre tarifele actualizate conform alineatului anterior şi tarifele achitate efectiv reclamanţilor, în anii 2022, 2023 şi 2024 pentru fiecare contract de concesiune sau de prestări servicii în parte. Obligă pe pârâţi la plata în favoarea fiecărui reclamant a sumei de 800 de lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată, reduse conform art. 451 alin. 2 din Codul de procedură civilă. Cu recurs în 15 zile de la comunicare. Recursul se depune la Curtea de Apel Cluj. Pronunţată prin punerea minutei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei azi 28.04.2025.
