Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de chemare în judecată. Obligă pârâta să plătească fiecărui reclamant suma reprezentând echivalentul unui salariu de bază minim brut la nivel de instituţie aferente Crăciunului 2024, actualizată cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, precum şi dobânda legală aferentă acestei sume, de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective.
