Admite cererea de sesizare a Curţii Constituţionale a României formulată de reclamanţi.
Sesizează Curtea Constituţională a României cu soluţionarea excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. VIII alin. 5 din OUG 226/2020, art. XLIII alin. 5 din OUG 130/2021, art. XVIII alin. 6 din OUG 168/2022.
Suspendă soluţionarea cererii de chemare în judecată, în condiţiile art.9 alin.2 teza finală din Legea nr.554/2004, până la pronunţarea Curţii Constituţionale asupra excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate.
Definitivă în privinţa soluţiei de sesizare a CCR.
Cu drept de recurs pe toată durata suspendării, pentru soluţia de suspendare a soluţionării cererii de chemare în judecată, recursul depunându-se la Curtea de Apel Bucureşti.
Pronunţată cu aplicarea art. 396 alin. 2 Cod proc. civ., azi, 30.10.2023.
