În cazul în care reclamanţii nu introduc acţiune în anularea Ordinului Prefectului Judeţului Călăraşi nr. 46/1.02.2022 în termen de 60 de zile suspendarea încetează de drept şi fără nicio formalitate.
Executorie de drept.
Cu cu recurs în termen de 5 zile de la comunicare.
Cererea de recurs se depune la Tribunalul Călăraşi .
Pronunţată azi 1.03.2022 prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei .
