Admite sesizarea din oficiu.
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale din sentinţa pronunţată la data de 02.07.2025 de Tribunalul Bucureşti Secţia a VIII a conflicte de muncă şi asigurări sociale în sensul de a se trece sentinţa civilă nr. 5336 în loc de sentinţa civilă nr. 5536 cum din eroare s-a consemnat.
Îndreptarea erorii materiale se va face pe ambele exemplare originale ale sentinţei.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 de zile de la comunicare. Cererea de apel se depune la Tribunalul Bucureşti -Secţia a VIII a Conflicte de muncă şi Asigurări sociale.
Pronunţată astăzi, 04.11.2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor, prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
