Obligă pârâta CASA DE PENSII SECTORIALĂ A MINISTERULUI APĂRĂRII NAŢIONALE să restituie membrilor de sindicat sumele reţinute începând cu luna ianuarie 2024, cu titlu de impozit din drepturile de pensie, în temeiul art. 101 Cod Fiscal, astfel cum a fost modificat prin Legea 282/2023, suplimentar cotei de impozit de 10 %, reglementate de art. 64 din Codul Fiscal, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie aplicabil la data plăţii efective, precum şi la plata dobânzii legale penalizatoare, începând cu data efectuării fiecărei reţineri şi până la data plăţii efective.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 30 zile de la comunicare la Curtea de Apel Ploieşti, cererea de apel urmând a fi depusă, sub sancţiunea nulităţii, la Tribunalul Buzău.
Pronunţarea se va face prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei astăzi, 16.03.2026.
