Soluția pe scurt: Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâtul să recalculeze indemnizaţiile de concediu de odihnă de care au beneficiat reclamanţii, pentru anii 2019-2023, în raport de situaţia personală de încadrare a fiecărui reclamant, prin includerea în calculul cuantumului acestora şi a indemnizaţiei de hrană la care aveau dreptul în temeiul disp. art. 18 din Legea nr. 153/2017. Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele dintre indemnizaţia de concediu cuvenită şi cea efectiv plătită pentru aceeaşi perioadă, sume ce se vor actualiza cu rata inflaţiei la data plăţii, precum şi dobânda legală calculată de data scadenţei şi până la data plăţii efective. Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
