Admite contestaţia formulată de contestatoarea Banca Comercială Română. Anulează Planul de distribuire nr.1621 din data de 18.12.2024, publicat în BPI nr. 23218/20.12.2024. Obligă lichidatorului judiciar la refacerea planului de distribuire prin includerea sumei de distribuit către BCR. Respinge contestaţia formulată de contestatorul Antonescu Ion. Obligă debitoarea Harinvest S.A., prin lichidator judiciar Casa de Insolvenţă GMC SPRL la plata către contestatoarea BCR a sumei de 15.200 lei, reprezentând cheltuieli de judecată parţiale. Cu drept de apel în termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare, cererea de apel urmând a fi depusă la Tribunalul Vâlcea. Pronunţată astăzi, 05.11.2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.
