C-706/23), şi a hotărârii preliminare solicitate de Curtea de Apel Constanţa prin încheierea din 19.11.2024 în cadrul dosarului nr. 1361/88/2023. Cu drept de recurs, care se depune la Curtea de Apel Suceava, pe toată durata suspendării. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, astăzi, 22.10.2025.
