Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de îndreptate a erorii materiale Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale existente în minută, în dispozitiv ?i considerentele Sentinţei civile nr. 1146/01.03.2024, pronun?ată de Tribunalul Bucure?ti – Sec?ia a VIII-a conflicte de muncă ?i asigurări sociale în dosarul nr. 24249/3/2023, în sensul consemnării în mod corect „Obliga para?ii Senatul României ?i Secretarul General al Senatului României, Camera Deputa?ilor ?i Secretarul General al Camerei Deputa?ilor sa repună pe reclaman?i în plată cu indemnizaţia pentru limita de vârstă prevazuta de art. 49 din Legea nr.96/2006 şi parata Parlamentul Romaniei - Senatul României ?i Camera Deputa?ilor sa plateasca reclaman?ilor această indemnizatie, începând cu data de 01.07.2023” în loc de „Obliga para?ii Senatul României ?i Secretarul General al Senatului României sa repună pe reclaman?i în plată cu indemnizaţia pentru limita de vârstă prevazuta de art. 49 din Legea nr.96/2006 şi parata Parlamentul Romaniei - Senatul României sa plateasca reclaman?ilor această indemnizatie, începând cu data de 01.07.2023” astfel cum din eroare s-a consemnat Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale existente în minută, în dispozitiv ?i considerentele Sentinţei civile nr. 1146/01.03.2024, pronun?ată de Tribunalul Bucure?ti – Sec?ia a VIII-a conflicte de muncă ?i asigurări sociale în dosarul nr. 24249/3/2023, în sensul că în mod eronat a fost menţionat în considerente şi dispozitiv reclamantul Tudor Marcu Admite în parte cererea având ca obiect completarea dispozitivului Sentintei nr. 1146/01.03.2023 pronunţată de către Tribunalul Bucure?ti – Sec?ia a VIII-a conflicte de muncă ?i asigurări sociale în dosarul nr. 24249/3/2023. Completează hotărârea menţionată în sensul că soluţionând cererea reclaman?ilor privind cheltuielile de judecată o va admite în parte ?i va obliga pârâ?ii la plata cheltuielilor de judecată către fiecare reclamant în parte, respectiv la plata sumei de 300 lei pentru fiecare reclamant în parte, astfel cum a fost redus de către instan?ă. Respinge în rest cererea de completare ca neîntemeiată Cu drept de apel în termen de 30 zile de la comunicare. Cererea de apel se va depune la Tribunalul Bucure?ti – Sec?ia a VIII-a conflicte de muncă ?i asigurări sociale. Pronunţată prin punerea solu?iei la dispozi?ia păr?ilor prin mijlocirea grefei astăzi, 19.07.2024.
