Soluția pe scurt: În baza art. 2 alin. 3 din OUG 62/2024 coroborat cu art. 520 alin. 4 din Codul de procedură civilă dispune suspendarea cauzei, până la pronunţarea de către Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie a hotărârii prealabile pentru dezlegarea chestiunii de drept ce face obiectul sesizării înregistrate la ICCJ sub nr. 1794/1/2024, conexat la dosarul nr. 1792/1/2024 având ca obiect „Rezolvarea de principiu a chestiunii de drept constând în recalcularea indemnizaţiilor de concediu de odihnă cuvenite reclamanţilor cu includerea indemnizaţiei de hrană în calculul indemnizaţiilor de concediu, corespunzător perioadei efectiv lucrate.”
Cu drept de recurs pe toată durata suspendării judecăţii, cererea urmând a se depune, sub sancţiunea nulităţii, la Tribunalul Buzău.
Pronunţarea se va face prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor, prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, azi data de 11.09.2024.
