Dispune trimiterea prezentei cauze, la dosarul nr. 240/120/2024* al Tribunalului Dâmboviţa, cu termen de judecată 29.01.2026. Cu cale de atac numai odată cu fondul. Pronunţată la data de 25 noiembrie 2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de serviciul grefă al instanţei.

Soluția pe scurt: Având în vedere că prezenta cauză nu se regăseşte printre cele enumerate cu titlul de excepţie în cadrul art. 3 al Hotărârii nr.5/26.08.2025 a Adunării Generale a Judecătorilor din cadrul Tribunalului Dâmboviţa, neavând caracter urgent, dar şi măsurile adoptate de Hotărârea Sindicatului Naţional al Grefei Judiciare Dicasterial din data de 27.08.2025, va amâna cauza.
