Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în conţinutul Sentinţei civile nr. 729/05.06.2024 pronunţată de Tribunalul Buzău în dosarul nr. 2513/114/2023, în sensul că denumirea corectă a pârâtului este „LICEUL TEORETIC „RADU VLĂDESCU” PĂTÂRLAGELE”, şi nu „LICEUL TEORETIC „RADU VLAHUŢĂ” PĂTÂRLAGELE”, cum din eroare s-a menţionat în conţinutul Sentinţei. Îndreptarea se va face în ambele exemplare ale Sentinţei Se vor păstra neschimbate celelalte menţiuni ale Sentinţei civile nr. 729/05.06.2024 pronunţată de Tribunalul Buzău în dosarul nr. 2513/114/2023. Ci drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, la Curtea de apel Ploieşti, cererea de apel se va depune sub sancţiunea nulităţii, la Tribunalul Buzău. Dată în Cameră de Consiliu. Pronunţarea se va face prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, astăzi, 04.07.2024.

Obligă pârâtul la plata către membrii de sindicat a diferenţelor de drepturi salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre indemnizaţiile de concediu de odihnă cuvenite pentru anii 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 şi 2023, calculate prin includerea în cuantumul acestora a indemnizaţiei de hrană, şi cele efectiv plătite pentru aceeaşi perioadă, sume actualizate în funcţie de coeficientul de inflaţie până la data efectivă a plăţii, precum şi la plata dobânzii legale penalizatoare aferentă acestor drepturi, pentru aceeaşi perioadă. Executorie de drept. Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Sub sancţiunea nulităţii, cererea de apel urmând a se depune la Tribunalul Buzău. Pronunţarea se va face prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, astăzi, 05.06.2024.
