Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor Alexandrescu Iulius Adrian, Cozma Alexandrina, Ghita Alexandru Ionut, Lambă Alexandru- Florin, Marinica Stefan- Daniel, Săliştea Victor, Sandu Eduard- Nicuşor, Vîlceanu Florenţa- Gabriela drepturile băneşti constând în cota de participare la profitul anului 2022 corespunzător timpului efectiv lucrat de aceşti reclamanţi în anul 2022, în limita a 10 % din profitul net, dar nu mai mult de nivelul unui salariu de bază mediu lunar realizat la nivelul angajatorului, conform art. 163 lit. b) din Contractul Colectiv de Muncă înregistrat la Inspectoratul Teritorial de Muncă Ilfov sub nr. 26/1012 din 27.05.2022, sumă actualizată cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, la care se va calcula dobânda legală penalizatoare de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective. Obligă pârâta să plătească toate contribuţiile şi impozitele aflate în sarcina sa, precum şi să reţină şi să vireze contribuţiile şi impozitele datorate de salariaţi, în condiţiile legii, aferente dreptului bănesc constând în cota de participare la profitul anului 2022. În temeiul art. 453 C.pr.civ va obliga pârâta la plata către reclamanţi a sumei de 34.800 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată onorariu avocat. Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, cererea de apel urmând a fi depusă la Tribunalul Bucureşti – Secţia a VIII-a Conflicte de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, astăzi, 10.11.2025.
