Admite acţiunea formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Liber al Salariaţilor din Sectorul TEA Sanatoriul Balnear Techirghiol pentru reclamanţi .
Obligă pârâtul Sanatoriul Balnear şi de Recuperare Techirghiol să recalculeze drepturile salariale cuvenite membrilor Sindicatului reclamant -personal TEA potrivit Anexei nr.VII la Legea-cadru nr.153/2017 şi să plătească diferenţele de drepturi cuvenite în urma acestei recalculări începând cu data de 01.07.2017.
Executorie. Cu drept de apel, care se depune la Tribunalul Constanţa, în termen de 10 de zile de la comunicare.
