Ia act de renunţarea reclamantului DOBRA PAUL-OVIDIU la judecata cauzei. Admite, în parte, acţiunea modificată. Obligă pârâtele la încadrarea celorlalţi reclamanţi membri de sindicat, prin FEDERAŢIA SINDICATELOR DIN SILVILCULTURĂ SILVA, în condiţii speciale de muncă, începând cu data de 16.12.2019, sau pentru salariaţii angajaţi ulterior datei de 16.12.2019, începând cu data încadrării (angajării) în locul de muncă respectiv, corespunzător perioadelor în care fiecare reclamant a desfăşurat cel puţin una din activităţile prevăzute de art. 20 alin.2 din OUG 59/2000, astfel cum a fost modificat prin Legea 234/2019. Obliga pârâtele la plata către bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat a cotei suplimentare de contribuţie de 8%, începând cu data de 16.12.2019 sau pentru salariaţii angajaţi ulterior datei de 16.12.2019, începând cu data încadrării (angajării) în locul de muncă respectiv, pentru fiecare dintre reclamanţii-membri de sindicat care a desfăşurat cel puţin una dintre activităţile prevăzute art. 20 alin. (2) din O.U.G. nr. 59/2000, astfel cum a fost modificat prin Legea nr. 234/2019. Respinge acţiunea în privinţa celorlalte pretenţii, ca neîntemeiată. Cu apel in 10 zile de la comunicare, calea de atac urmand a se depune la Tribunalul Bucuresti – Sectia a VIII-a. Pronunţată azi, 07.05.2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.
