Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de îndreptare a erorilor materiale. Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în practicaua, considerentele şi dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 4793 din data de 21.06.2024, în sensul că se va menţiona corect prenumele reclamantului MIHOC IJVĂNAŞ, în loc de MIHOC IJVANAS, cum în mod eronat a fost consemnat şi CNP-ul reclamantului MIHOC IJVĂNAŞ, respectiv: 1870xxx în loc de 1880xxx, cum eronat s-a trecut. Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 4793 din data de 21.06.2024, în sensul că se va menţiona corect CNP-ul reclamantului MIHOC GHEORGHE – IONUŢ, respectiv 1831xxx, în loc de 1870xxx, cum eronat s-a trecut. Prezenta încheiere face parte integrantă din sentinţa civilă îndreptată. Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, care se va depune la Tribunalul Bucureşti – Sectia a VIII-a. Pronunţată azi, 06.09.2024, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.
