Cu apel in termen de 10 de zile de la comunicare, ce se depune la Tribunalul Bucuresti-Secţia a VIII-a. Pronunţată astăzi, 22.04.2024, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.
