Declină competenţa de soluţionare a acţiunii formulate de reclamanta Federaţia Sindicatelor din Silvicultură SILVA în contradictoriu cu pârâtele Regia Naţională a Pădurilor ROMSILVA şi Regia Naţională a Pădurilor ROMSILVA – Direcţia Silvică Buzău, în favoarea Tribunalului Bucureşti, sectia a VIII-a Conflicte de muncă şi asigurări sociale.
Constată ivit conflictul negativ de competenţă.
Suspendă din oficiu judecata cauzei conform art. 134 Cod procedură civilă, până la judecarea conflictului negativ.
Sesizează Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie cu soluţionarea conflictului negativ de competenţă.
