Soluția pe scurt: În temeiul art.413 al.1 pct.11 C.pr.civ., suspendă judecata până la soluţionarea de către Curtea de Justiţie a Uniunii Europene a cererii de pronunţare a unei hotărâri preliminare ca urmare a sesizării Curţii de Apel Constanţa, formulată în dosarul nr.1361/88/2023 al acestei instanţe. Cu drept de recurs pe toată durata suspendării, eventuala cerere urmând a fi depusă la Tribunalul Bacău.
