Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale din practicaua, considerentele şi dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 6535/22.10.2024 referitoare la numele reclamanţilor-membri de sindicat reprezentaţi în sensul că se va consemna Bîrlad Octavian-Ioan în loc de Bîrlad Octiavian-Ioan, Rotariu Lucian în loc de Rotaru Lucian şi Ruseţ Constantin în loc de Ruşet sau Ruset Constantin, cum greşit s-a consemnat.
Cu apel în 10 de la comunicare, cale de atac care se depune la Tribunalul Bucureşti – Secţia a VIII-a Conflicte de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale.
