Îndreaptă eroarea materială strecurată în minuta şi dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 2932/2022 pronunţată de Tribunalul Alba în dosar civil nr. 3137/107/2020 în sensul înscrierii corecte a numelui reclamantei COROGEANU MARIANA - DORINA şi nu Corogeanu Georgeta Adriana cum în mod greşit a fost menţionat.
Îndreptarea se va face în ambele exemplare originale ale hotărârii.
Cu drept de apel în 10 zile de la comunicare. Cererea de apel se va depune la Tribunalul Alba.
