Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurată în dispozitivul sentinţei nr.2374/21.12.2022 pronunţată în dosarul nr.3162/90/2021, în sensul că, se va menţiona în mod corect meseria/funcţia reclamanţilor „MIHĂIŢĂ CORINANICOLETA-laborant control demi şi condens, ROTARU MARIANA-laborant control demi şi condens şi Toderică VIORICA- muncitor necalificat; laborant control demi şi condens”, în loc de „ operator chimist apă demineralizată ”, cum din eroare s-a menţionat.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 de zile de la comunicare, la sediul Tribunalului Vâlcea.
Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei, astăzi 14.09.2023, la sediul Tribunalului Vâlcea – Secţia I civilă.
