Soluția pe scurt: Având în vedere că, prin Hotărârea nr. 4 din 26 august 2025 a Adunării generale a judecătorilor de la Tribunalul Harghita, s-a hotărât suspendarea soluţionării cauzelor, în condiţiile şi pentru argumentele punctuale expuse în hotărâre, al cărei extras a fost publicat pe pagina de internet a instanţei, şi constatând că prezentul litigiu nu se încadrează în categoria cauzelor exceptate de la măsura suspendării soluţionării, potrivit art. 3 din hotărârea menţionată, va suspenda judecarea cauzei.
