În temeiul dispozi?iilor art. 413 alin.1 pct. 1 C.pr.civ. dispune suspendarea soluţionării prezentei cauze, până la solu?ionarea definitivă a dosarelor nr. 645/2/2026 si 1894/2/2026. Cu drept de a formula recurs pe toată durata suspendării. Cererea de recurs se depune Tribunalul Bucure?ti - Sec?ia aVIII –a Conflicte de munca si Asigurări Sociale. Pronun?ată cf. art. 402 CPC, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia partilor de către grefă, la data de 18.05.2026.
