Obligă pârâtul să recalculeze indemniza?iile de concediu ale membrilor sindicatului reclamant, pentru anii 2019 – 2023, raportat la perioada efectiv lucrată, prin includerea în baza de calcul, a indemniza?iei de hrană cuvenită ?i neacordată.
Obligă pârâtul să plătească pe seama membrilor sindicatului reclamant, diferen?a dintre indemniza?ia de concediu de odihnă cuvenită ca urmare a recalculării conform primului petit de cerere ?i indemniza?ia de concediu de odihnă efectiv plătită, aferentă perioadei 2019 – 2023, sume actualizate cu indicele de infla?ie, calculate până la data plă?ii efective.
Obligă pârâtul să plătească pe seama membrilor de sindicat, dobânda legală penalizatoare, aferentă sumelor datorate, calculată de la data scaden?ei lunare a acestor drepturi până la data plă?ii efective.
Executorie.
Cu drept de apel în 10 zile de la comunicare. Cererea de apel se depune la Tribunalul Harghita.
Pronunţată în data de 25.06.2024, în condiţiile prevederilor art. 396, alin. 2 din Cod proc. civilă, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
