Soluția pe scurt: Având în vedere Hotărârea nr. 3 din data de 26 august 2025 a Adunării Generale a Judecătorilor din cadrul Curţii de Apel Ploieşti, prin care s-a hotărât că, începând cu data de 27.08.2025, se suspendă soluţionarea cauzelor, cu excepţia celor având ca obiect ordonanţă preşedinţială (fond) şi suspendare act administrativ, întrucât prezenta cauză nu se încadrează în situaţiile de excepţie menţionate şi că, astfel, activitatea de judecată este suspendată, Nu se vor efectua acte de procedură specifice activităţii de judecată, potrivit art. 211 şi următoarele din Codul de procedură civilă, urmează a se stabili un nou termen de judecată la data de 29 ianuarie 2026, ora 09:00, Sala 1.
