Obligă pârâtul ORAŞUL CERNAVODĂ PRIN PRIMAR la respectarea prevederilor art. 36 alin.5 din Contractul colectiv de muncă, prin acordarea reclamanţilor de vouchere în valoare de de 18 lei/zi, reprezentând contravaloarea alimentaţiei de protecţie, astfel cum s-a stabilit prin Raportul Comisiei Paritare a Funcţionarilor Publici din cadrul Primăriei Oraşului Cernavodă nr. 6/07.05.2018, începând cu data de 07.05.2018 şi până la expirarea Contractului colectiv de muncă.

Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Cererea de apel se depune la Tribunalul Constanţa.
