Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în dispozitivul hotărârii în sensul că in loc de ,, obligă pârâta AJFP Timiş la 7140 lei cheltuieli de judecată faţă de reclamanţi si intervenienţi , cum greşit s-a consemnat va fi trecut ,, obligă pârâta DGRFP Timişoara la plata sumei de 7140 lei cheltuieli de judecată faţă de reclamanţi şi intervenienţi , cum este corect. Respinge în rest cererea. Cu recurs în 15 zile de la comunicare .
