Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare reclamant în parte a stimulentului de risc în cuantum de 2.500 lei brut/lună, pentru perioada 16.03.2020-14.05.2020, drepturi care vor fi actualizate cu rata inflaţiei şi dobânda legală, calculate de la scadenţă şi până la data plăţii efective. Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Mihai Petruţa, Boştenaru Florin, Dulduruc Dorina şi Necşoiu Nicolae, ca neîntemeiată. Respinge cererea privind obligarea pârâtului la plata cheltuielilor de judecată. Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, apel ce se va depune la Tribunalul Argeş. Soluția pe scurt: În cadrul probei cu înscrisuri admite solicitarea reclamantului sindicat şi dispune emiterea unei adrese către pârâtă pentru a depune la dosar copii de pe foile colective de prezenţă-pontaje întocmite pentru reclamanţi pentru perioada 16.03.2020-14.05.2020, precum şi copie de pe înscrisurile întocmite cu personalul nominalizat aflat în izolare la locul de muncă în aceeaşi perioadă. Respinge proba cu interogatoriul pârâtei şi proba cu expertiza contabilă, ambele solicitate de reclamantul sindicat, ca nefiind utile soluţionării cauzei.
