Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de chemare în judecată. Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare membru de sindicat reprezentat a sumei echivalente cu un salariu de bază minim brut la nivel de instituţie aferente sărbătorii legale de Paşte din anul 2024, proporţional cu timpul efectiv lucrat în ultimele 12 luni, potrivit art.139 alin.2 din CCM nr.415/27.12.2023, sumă actualizată cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii. Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare membru de sindicat reprezentat a dobânzii legale penalizatoare calculate asupra sumei anterior menţionate, de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii. Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, cale de atac care se depune la Tribunalul Bucureşti – Secţia a VIII-a Conflicte de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale. Pronunţată azi, 18.03.2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
