C-706/23, Şcoala gimnazială „Mihai Eminescu”. Cu drept de recurs pe toată durata suspendării cursului judecăţii. Cererea de recurs se depune la Tribunalul Suceava. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, astăzi, 12.11.2024.
