Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale formulată de reclamanta Bocoş Maria. Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în cuprinsul Sentinţei civile nr. 1810/28 iunie 2024 pronunţată de Tribunalul Cluj în dosarul nr. 4560/117/2022, în sensul că în loc de ,,BOCOS MARIA - perioada 17.02.1983-01.02.1988 (electrician CUG SA), perioada 01.02.1988-10.05.1990 ( conducător auto transport intern CUG SA), în grupa a II-a de muncă, în procent de 100 % din timp” se va trece corect ,,BOCOS MARIA - perioada 13.08.1977-31.12.1989 (sudor primitor distribuitor CUG SA), se apreciază că se justifică încadrarea în grupa a II-a de muncă, în procent de 100% din timp, conform poz. 34, 38, 41, 134 din Anexa 2 la Ord. 50/1990(ed revizuită)”. Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 de zile de la comunicare, cererea în acest sens urmând a fi depusă la Tribunalul Cluj. Pronunţată, azi, 19.02.2026, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
