Soluția pe scurt: În baza art 413 alin 1 pct 11 suspendă judecata prezentei cauze pana la pronunţarea CJUE asupra cererii de trimitere preliminară formulate de Curtea de Apel Ia?i în dosarul nr. 2.310/89/2022 ?i înregistrate sub nr. C706-23 ?i a celei formulate de Curtea de Apel Constanţa, la 19.11.2024, în dosarul nr. 1.361/88/2023, în cauze similare cu prezenta, solu?ia instan?ei unionale putând avea o înrâurire hotărâtoare în prezenta cauză, aceasta ?i în contextul statuărilor instan?ei supreme din Decizia în interesul legii nr.13/16.09.2024, publicată în Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, nr. 1.052 din data de 21.10.2024, urmând a dispune în consecin?ă. Cu recurs pe toata perioada suspendarii. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, astăzi, 04.03.2026.
