Soluția pe scurt:
În temeiul dispoziţiilor art.413 alin.1 pct.1 Cod de procedură civilă suspendă judecata cauzei, până la pronunţarea de către Curtea de Justiţie a Uniunii Europene a unei decizii preliminare în cauza C-42/2025, ca urmare a sesizării dispuse de Curtea de Apel Constanţa în dosarul nr. 1361/88/2023, precum ?i până la pronunţarea de către Curtea de Justiţie a Uniunii Europene a unei decizii preliminare în cauza nr. C-706/23, ca urmare a sesizării dispuse de Curtea de Apel Ia?i în dosarul nr. 2310/89/2022.
Cu drept de recurs pe toată durata suspendării.
