Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de sesizare a Curţii Constituţionale a României, formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Camera Judeţeană a Medicilor Arad în contradictoriu cu pârâtul Spitalul Clinic Judeţean de Urgen?ă Arad. Dispune sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale pentru soluţionarea excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. 34 alin. 2 din OUG nr. 114/2018, art. 38 alin. 3 lit. h din Legea nr. 153/2017. Suspendă judecarea cauzei până la soluţionarea excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate, în baza art. 413 alin. 1 pct. 1 din Codul de procedură civilă. Pronunţată la data de 08.06.2023 prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instan?ei. Cu drept de recurs pe toată durata suspendării, care se va depune la Tribunalul Arad. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică la data de 15.06.2023.
