Soluția pe scurt: Respinge ca neîntemeiată cererea formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Nova Vita al Salariaţilor din Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Iaşi privind îndreptarea erorii materiale existente în cuprinsul considerentelor şi al dispozitivului sentinţei civile nr.856/13.04.2022, întocmite în dosarul nr.4821/99/2020.
Cu apel la Curtea de Apel Iaşi (care se depune la Tribunalul Iaşi, sub sancţiunea nulităţii), în 10 zile de la comunicare.
