Soluția pe scurt: Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtei Curtea de Apel Craiova în ce priveşte capătul de cerere având ca obiect plata drepturilor salariale solicitate de către reclamanţi şi respinge acest capăt de cerere ca fiind formulat în contradictoriu cu o persoană fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului material la acţiune invocată de pârâtul Tribunalul Dolj şi respinge ca fiind prescrise drepturile reclamanţilor solicitate pentru perioada anterioară datei de 25.07.2022. Respinge, în rest, cererea de chemare în judecat ca neîntemeiată, Cu drept de recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare. Cererea de exercitare a căii de atac se depune la Curtea de Apel Bucureşti - Secţia a IX-a de contencios administrativ şi fiscal. Pronunţată azi, 2.12.2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
