Soluția pe scurt: Respinge ca nefondate obiecţiunile formulate la raportul final de creditorul Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Neamţ. Admite cererea formulată de lichidatorul judiciar C.I.I. Stroe Romică. În temeiul art.129 alin.2 din Legea 85/2006, aprobă raportul final afişat la uşa tribunalului la data de 05.03.2024 (filele 107-115 vol.7). Dispune plata din fondul de lichidare a sumei de 2.356,12 lei, reprezentând cheltuieli aferente procedurii, către C.I.I. Stroe Romică şi a sumei de 1.570 lei, inclusiv TVA, reprezentând diferenţă onorariu expert evaluator, către „Actual Consulting” S.R.L. Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată astăzi, 26.03.2024, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.
