Soluția pe scurt: Admite în parte cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale formulată de apelanta pârâtă Administraţia Naţională Apele Române Administraţia Bazinală de Apă Mureş cu privire la numele membrului de sindicat Grumuş Horaţiu Aurel reprezentat de reclamantul apelant Sindicatul Mureşul din Apele Române. Îndreaptă eroarea materială cu privire la numele membrului de sindicat Grumuş Horaţiu Aurel reprezentat de reclamantul apelant Sindicatul Mureşul din Apele Române, strecurată în considerentele şi dispozitivul Deciziei Civile 239/A/31.03.2023 pronunţată în dosar 51/102/2022 de Curtea de Apel Tg Mureş ca fiind „Grumuş Horaţiu Aurel” iar nu „Cavhos Horaţiu Aurel” cum din eroare s-a menţionat.
