Soluția pe scurt: Având în vedere notele de şedinţă depuse de către reclamanţi, înainte de primul termen de judecată, prin care modifică cererea de chemare în judecată sub aspectul motivelor cererii, instanţa va comunica aceste note către pârât pentru a-şi exprima punctul de vedere , respectiv pentru a depune întâmpinare. Totodată pune în vedere reclamaţiilor să depună la dosar dovada rămânerii definitive a sentinţei Curţii de Apel Craiova nr. 79/27.03.2025, sub forma a unui certificat de grefă sau a unei hotărâri cu menţiunea definitivă aplicată pe aceasta. Acordă termen la 12.06.2026, orele 9,30.
