Obligă pârâta să indexeze salariul de bază minim brut lunar al fiecărui reclamant, cu coeficientul indicelui de inflaţie de care a beneficiat fondul de salarii al societăţii, de 6,5% şi 6,10%, aferent anului 2022 şi de 8,2%, aferent anului 2023. Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare reclamant a diferenţelor de drepturi salariale rezultate din indexarea aplicată pentru anii 2022 şi 2023, corespunzător perioadei efectiv lucrate, diferenţe actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie şi cu dobânda legală la data plăţii efective. Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare reclamant a sporului de zgomot de 10%, aferent perioadei efectiv lucrate în intervalul ianuarie 2022 – februarie 2023, cu actualizarea sumelor aferente cu indicele de inflaţie şi cu dobânda legală la data plăţii efective. Respinge pretenţiile având ca obiect obligarea pârâtei la indexarea salariului de bază minim brut aferent anului 2021 cu coeficientul de 2,4%%, aferent indicelui de inflaţie aplicabil fondului de salarii al pârâtei, ca nefondate. Obligă pârâta la plata către reclamanţii nerenunţători a sumei de 5.000 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată. Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, ce se va depune la Tribunalul Constanţa. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor, prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, azi, 29.05.2024.
