Soluția pe scurt: În temeiul disp. art. 413 alin.1 pct. 1 ind. 1 din Codul de procedură civilă, suspendă judecata prezentei cauze până la pronun?area unei hotărâri preliminare de către Curtea de Justi?ie a Uniunii Europene a sesizării nr. C-706/23, formulate de Curtea de Apel Ia?i în cauza nr. 2310/89/2022 Cu drept de recurs, pe toată durata suspendării. Cererea şi motivele de recurs se vor depune la Tribunalul Ia?i sub sancţiunea nulităţii. Fixează termen administrativ pentru verificarea subzisten?ei motivelor de suspendare la data de 07.04.2025. Pronunţată astăzi, 30.09.2024, soluţia urmând a fi pusă la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei de judecată.
