Admite excepţia prematurităţii invocată de pârâta DIREC?IA SANITAR VETERINARĂ ŞI PENTRU SIGURANŢA ALIMENTELOR ALBA prin întâmpinare.
Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi în contradictoriu cu pârâta DIRECŢIA SANITAR VETERINARĂ ?I PENTRU SIGURANŢA ALIMENTELOR ALBA, ca prematură.
Obligă pârâtul Preşedintele ANSVSA să plătească fiecărui reclamant suma de 2085 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată.
