Soluția pe scurt: Respinge excepţia de prematuritate invocată de pârâtă prin întâmpinare. Admite excepţia de prescripţie a dreptului material la acţiune invocată de pârâtă prin întâmpinare pentru perioada 01.01.2022-16.03.2022. Respinge capătul de cerere privind obligarea la plată pentru perioada 01.01.2022-16.03.2022 ca fiind prescrisă. Admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâta să menţină reclamanţilor sporul la salariu ,,indemnizaţia de compensare „ în cuantum de 20% pentru perioada 01.01.2022-01.07.2022 şi la plata diferenţelor de drepturi salariale calculate pentru perioada 17.03.2022-01.07.2022. Obligă pârâta să aplice reclamanţilor sporul la salariu ,,indemnizaţia de compensare „ în cuantum de 20% , pentru perioada 01.07.2022 – 19.12.2024 şi la plata diferenţelor de drepturi salariale calculate pentru aceeaşi perioadă. Respinge capătul de cerere privind obligarea la plata cheltuielilor de judecată. Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare ce se va depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea. Pronunţată astăzi 10 decembrie 2025 prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
