Obligă pârâtul să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti cuvenite acestora reprezentând contravaloarea indicelui de inflaţie şi dobânda legală aferentă drepturilor băneşti acordate acestora cu titlu de stimulent de risc pentru luna aprilie 2020, calculate de la data scadenţei drepturilor şi până la momentul achitării efective a acestora, respectiv până la data de 11.04.2022.
Respinge, ca nefondate, celelalte capete de cererea formulate de reclamanţi.
Executorie de drept.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, ce se poate depune de partea interesată la Tribunalul Neamţ, Secţia I Civilă şi de Contencios Administrativ.
Pronunţată azi, 03.02.2023 prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
